At Cognizant, I build and customize ServiceNow implementations supporting SecOps, Vulnerability Response, ITSM, and CMDB workflows. I configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer automations to streamline ServiceNow processes.
I've configured vulnerability groups, remediation tasks, security incident records, and playbooks, while testing and troubleshooting SecOps configurations. I also built a custom AI worksite management application with custom tables, roles, ACLs, Service Catalog requests, notifications, scheduled scripts, and event-driven workflows.
