I'm looking for a technical support, network, or systems role where I can apply hands-on troubleshooting, IP-PBX deployment, Linux administration, and hardware/software skills to improve reliable business operations.

I've supported network, voice, and computer infrastructure at Copper Connections LTD, where I developed and documented IP-PBX setups on Ubuntu Server with my team.
