I’m a Customer Care Representative with 1 year of experience providing support in a fast-paced retail environment. I’m known for clear communication, empathy, and staying calm while resolving customer issues.

On a daily basis, I responded to customer calls and walk-ins, answering questions about products, prices, and store policies. I handled complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally, and noted down customer details and issues to support follow-ups and prevent repeat problems.

I also processed sales transactions and supported daily store operations, explaining options in a way customers could understand and feel heard. I work well independently to meet daily service targets while maintaining a positive shopping experience through strong attention to detail and organization.
