What I'm looking for

I'm looking to use my IT infrastructure, support, network, cloud backup, and leadership experience to improve operational efficiency and drive innovation in a dynamic organization.

I've supported campus IT at EuroSchool North Campus Bangalore and now manage technology operations at Manasum Senior Living LLP, covering Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive backups, laptops, email, panic alarms, CCTV, and NVR systems.

At EuroSchool Foundation, I configured desktops, laptops, servers, LAN, internet, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, classroom smart boards, switches, Active Directory, Google Cloud Storage, and computer labs. I also managed IT inventory, vendors, video-conference setups, cloud synchronization, Outlook support, and server data backups.

Previously, I provided L1 and L2 desktop support through DIXIT InfoTech at EuroSchool, troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, networks, wireless connectivity, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, Linux, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and antivirus patching.

I've also worked as a System Administrator and technical instructor, delivering training in programming, databases, Linux, Windows Server, computer hardware assembly, and troubleshooting.
