At Tata Consultancy Services, I support business-critical production applications and investigate customer-reported issues from initial triage through validation and closure. For the DKP KYC application, I trace processing issues through LogScale and OCP logs, use MongoDB queries to check entity status, and coordinate with owning teams to restore processing.
I also use Dynatrace to monitor application health and analyze distributed traces, and Postman to validate API behavior. In the Site Reliability Centre, I served as the domain representative for incidents across 50+ applications, coordinating bridges and sharing application-status findings.
