At IBM India, I own end-to-end documentation for Datacap and InfoSphere Information Server, delivering release notes, administrator guides, troubleshooting guides, and technotes for end users through developers.

I create developer-facing error-message documentation and known-issue lists, working directly with engineering to ensure technical accuracy. I also led content development for Information Analyzer features, restructuring navigation and information architecture to improve findability and consistency.

Across globally distributed agile teams, I partner with developers, testers, product managers, and fellow writers to gather requirements, close content gaps, and move content through self-review, peer review, and SME sign-off. I use DITA-based authoring, Oxygen XML, and GitHub Enterprise to deliver reliable documentation on tight release cycles.

Earlier at SAP Labs India, I created system, API, and end-user documentation for SAP CRM Mobile Sales and conducted usability testing that informed product UX and content improvements. My work has been recognized with an IBM Bravo! Award for outstanding technical documentation.
