I’m looking for a role where I can own Salesforce platform reliability, handle production incidents end-to-end, and use Flow, SOQL, and Einstein AI to automate support and improve uptime with clear SLA focus.

I’m a Salesforce Platform Support Specialist with 3+ years supporting enterprise Salesforce environments across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, DPS, and Billing. I’m Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I, and AI Specialist, and I focus on turning platform signals into stable, measurable outcomes.

In production support, I monitor system performance, resolve business-critical incidents, and collaborate with global stakeholders to maintain SLA compliance and platform reliability. I use logs and dashboards for root cause analysis, triage cases (including AI-driven workflows), and support user access, workflows, integrations, and data integrity.

On the automation side, I apply Flow automation, SOQL/SOSL analysis, and data validation to reduce downtime and prevent repeat issues. I’ve also supported enhancements involving Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and basic Apex, alongside operational reporting to keep teams aligned on what’s working and what needs attention.

I’ve supported AI-enabled Salesforce operations (including Einstein AI configurations and AI routing) and contributed to quote-to-cash lifecycle troubleshooting across CPQ and Billing. From global support transformation work to procurement automation and Sales Cloud optimization, I bring an analytical, customer-impact-first approach to every deployment and stabilization effort.
