At Oracle, I own documentation for Oracle Fusion Financials Payments, including customer-facing product content, REST APIs, and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation across release cycles.
I work closely with engineers, product managers, and subject-matter experts to turn complex product behavior into clear, task-oriented information. I also support Fusion Payments as a UX writer, conduct user research, and improve content quality, discoverability, and usability.
Previously at Cyient, I led technical documentation operations for enterprise, aerospace, and rail programs, mentoring writers and coordinating delivery with global customers. I’m also exploring practical AI-assisted workflows that convert user guides into reusable playbooks and improve API documentation review.
