I am a dedicated hospitality professional with over five years' experience in hotels, focused on front office operations and guest relations. I consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing teams and overseeing efficient front desk performance.

My background includes roles from F&B assistant and waitress to guest relations & concierge agent and front office supervisor at respected hotel brands, where I developed strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. I also bring creativity in digital marketing and event planning to enhance brand presence and guest engagement.
