I'm looking for a technical support role where I can resolve customer issues, manage technical escalations, communicate with global clients, and continue growing my IT support, networking, and system administration skills.

At Omega Healthcare, I provide real-time voice support and technical troubleshooting for US-based clients, resolving high-priority inquiries clearly and efficiently.

I handle inbound and outbound technical calls, manage escalations, and work toward service level agreement and first-call resolution targets. I also administer user accounts, permissions, and network settings including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.

I document calls and resolutions through IT ticketing and CRM platforms to maintain continuity across cases. I focus on making technical concepts understandable for non-technical users while building positive client relationships across time zones.

My Google IT Support Professional Certificate strengthened my foundation in networking, operating systems, system administration, IT infrastructure, and security.
