What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my UAE recruitment and HR operations experience in a fast-paced, target-driven organization where I can partner with business leaders, build strong talent pipelines and support workforce growth.

I've led full-cycle, high-volume recruitment at Binghatti and The Heart of Europe, hiring across construction, engineering, sales, CRM, telesales, business development, finance, IT and non-IT roles. I partner with business leaders on workforce planning, sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, joining documentation and recruitment open days.

I've also supported 700+ employees at DAMAC Properties through HR business partnering, employee relations, onboarding, payroll coordination, HRIS data management and UAE labour-law processes. I bring practical UAE market experience, multicultural stakeholder communication and disciplined recruitment reporting through Oracle HRMS, Oracle Fusion, Monday.com and Excel.
