I’m a ServiceNow Developer with 7.2 years total IT experience and 4.2+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Administration and Development. I’ve worked across Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog management, with strong hands-on expertise in ITSM process implementation and service workflow enhancement.

I deliver end-to-end work—from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support.
