Vanessa Lazo

I’m a digital marketing professional with 4+ years of experience across content operations, campaign execution, email marketing, social media, CMS management, and cross-functional coordination. I’ve worked in startup, international, and remote environments, which has taught me to be adaptable, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities independently. I’m a natural problem solver and go-getter who enjoys figuring out how to make things work, keeping projects moving, and paying attention to the details that can make a difference in execution.

At Coevo Energy, I managed digital content across web, email, and social channels, launched the company website from scratch, coordinated content reviews and approvals, and tracked campaign and website performance. I also supervised marketing interns and helped establish consistent processes for ongoing content execution. Earlier in my career, I worked with an international company in Germany, supporting email campaigns, website updates, digital assets, and marketing activities during a company acquisition.

I recently completed my MSc in Digital Marketing after intentionally stepping away from full-time work to focus on my graduate studies. I’m now looking for an opportunity where I can continue growing, take on greater responsibility, and contribute at a larger scale. I’m particularly interested in digital content, marketing operations, campaign execution, and roles that combine creativity with organization and problem solving.

Outside of my career, I have a strong interest in travel, international experiences, sport, and creative work. I studied abroad twice, lived abroad for several years, and have traveled to nearly 70 countries. I also volunteered in Host City Management for the FIFA World Cup, an experience that deepened my interest in the intersection of sport, culture, branding, and global experiences. I thrive in environments that are collaborative, fast-moving, and open to new ideas.
