Joining PicPay in the platform operational fraud prevention team, my goal as Product Manager is to create the team's product vision and strategic planning, further metrics to guide us.

Acting as a Product Analyst, I managed two squads and monitored the results to identify new opportunities for improvements and direct changes to the products.
We continued to develop a B2B platform to improve the engagement of Higher Education Institutions and we improved the architecture of all existing products to achieve greater scalability, as we were facing problems.

As Product Manager, I managed a team where I took care of the B2B platform and built services that take satellite images, create remote sensing components and insert them into the product, always focused on reducing time and increasing the productivity of the operational team, in addition to of being able to bring new agronomic data to identify the risk on the farms.

As operational team leader, I was focused on building and improving operational and commercial team relationships. He created a culture of freedom, transparency, respect and trust.
