What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or property management role where I can lead teams, improve workflows, manage client relationships, coordinate complex projects, and contribute to efficient, high-quality service delivery.

At ClearSky Initiatives, I lead property operations and management workflows for a portfolio of residential properties, coordinating leasing, maintenance, rent collection, tenant relations, and client needs.

I mentor teams, manage concurrent projects and deadlines, and serve as a primary client contact for complex operational matters. I develop and refine procedures, review documentation, and work across internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

Earlier, at Star Telecom, I handled high-volume customer interactions, resolved inquiries, and communicated product and service information clearly while following established service standards.

I bring an Applied Economics background, fluent English and native Albanian language skills, and practical experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AppFolio, QuickBooks, reporting, and operational coordination.
