At the Texas Army National Guard, I lead cross-functional coordination of supply, maintenance, transportation, facilities, equipment readiness, and resource requirements. I standardized brigade-wide workflows and controls, contributing to a documented 95% increase in logistics readiness and a 40% reduction in requisition processing time.
I also coordinated approximately $20 million in mission-essential equipment requirements, balancing competing priorities and approval pathways. In acquisition and contract lifecycle coordination, I support requirements documents, market research, performance oversight, acceptance, invoicing, and closeout.
As Founder & Executive Director of Heroes’ Anchor, I established foundational governance, internal controls, financial and technology processes, approval workflows, and operating procedures. I authored age-specific youth curricula and coordinate planning for an initial seven-day pilot.
Earlier, I reestablished executive office procedures at the Texas Army National Guard, Office of the Adjutant General, and coordinated approximately 118 external executive engagements. Across other Texas Army National Guard roles, I managed logistics processes for equipment portfolios valued at approximately $12 million–$15 million and recovered more than $2 million in previously unaccounted equipment.
