At H&M Group, I own end-to-end recruitment for localized IT, office, corporate, and retail roles across Germany and RCEU, while supporting technology hiring in Stockholm. I manage approximately 65 requisitions and 75 hires annually, averaging more than five signed contracts per month.

I lead hiring for engineering and digital product teams, including Enterprise Integration Specialists, Full Stack Developers, Front-End Developers, and Data & AI Specialists. By strengthening expectation-setting, stakeholder alignment, and process communication, I've helped reduce time-to-hire to approximately 42 days from 60+ days and improve offer acceptance to approximately 83%.

I'm especially motivated by practical, responsible recruitment innovation. I developed and led a 12-week AI-supported recruiting pilot aligned with EU AI Act requirements, human oversight, and bias-prevention principles, including a custom GPT-based recruiter assistant to reduce repetitive screening work while keeping recruiters in the loop.

My path began in HR administration, people operations, and international workplace environments before progressing through recruitment support into independent full-cycle talent acquisition. I enjoy helping people discover their “superpowers,” bringing structure to complex processes, and connecting candidates with the right opportunities and teams.
