I'm looking for a remote or customer-facing role where I can support users, manage administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, communicate clearly, and continue learning new systems.

I've supported remote user conversations at Texting Factory and Cloudworkers, managing multiple chats, following platform guidelines, and maintaining clear, professional communication.

At Prestige Driving School, I managed branch operations, scheduled lessons, resolved customer issues, maintained records, analyzed customer data, and oversaw installment payments and debt collection.

I've also driven direct and online sales through God’s Eye General Hardware and Jumia Uganda, generating leads, assisting customers with orders, managing accounts, and building trusted customer relationships.
