I'm looking to provide dependable virtual, administrative, customer-support, translation, and Uganda-based assistance while strengthening my digital and professional skills.

I've supported customer service, banking operations, account opening, fund transfers, and loan documentation during my internship at Centenary Bank.

At Destiny Microfinance Ltd, I handled accounting and credit-related administration, maintained financial and client records, and supported customer communication with accuracy and confidentiality. My experience as a Prudential Sales Agent strengthened my client follow-up, negotiation, relationship management, and ability to explain services around customer needs.
