What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile, cross-functional programs where I can turn strategy into measurable delivery, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and strengthen project operations through OKRs, KPIs, and clear reporting.

I lead Agile, cross-functional programs across government, education, and civil society, managing scope, budgets, staffing, delivery, and stakeholder alignment.

At Ministerio de Desarrollo Humano y Hábitat, I coordinate an inter-agency project involving 15+ partner organizations and 500+ end users, using Scrum, Trello, RACI, and risk management to achieve an 80% retention rate and reduce dropout/churn. At Fundación Pastoral Universitaria San Lucas, I run the PMO for a 120-participant program, building OKR roadmaps and early-warning dashboards for sponsors, university partners, and 45+ external stakeholders.

I also founded Estudiantes Organizados, a 500+ member federated organization where I direct 15 concurrent projects nationwide through KPIs, Gantt schedules, budgets, and institutional partnerships. I bring experience translating strategy into measurable workstreams, executive reporting, and coordinated delivery for distributed teams across LATAM.
