I’m a consultative Strategic Senior IT Recruiter with 13 years of experience in Technology Recruitment across EMEA/LATAM, including end-to-end recruitment cycles and onboarding. I bring a business-first mindset and a talent-intelligence approach—so my sourcing and process decisions are always tied to hiring outcomes.
In my recent role as a Senior Information Technology Recruitment Consultant at 3Pillar, I own strategic TA projects supporting rapid growth in Europe.
