I’m looking to partner with senior leadership on strategic EMEA/LATAM tech hiring, drive employer branding and candidate experience, and use talent intelligence + KPI-driven execution to deliver business-aligned recruitment results.

I’m a consultative Strategic Senior IT Recruiter with 13 years of experience in Technology Recruitment across EMEA/LATAM, including end-to-end recruitment cycles and onboarding. I bring a business-first mindset and a talent-intelligence approach—so my sourcing and process decisions are always tied to hiring outcomes.

In my recent role as a Senior Information Technology Recruitment Consultant at 3Pillar, I own strategic TA projects supporting rapid growth in Europe. I focus on New Age Technologies and Product/Engineering teams, acting as a Business Talent Advisor while ensuring a great candidate experience from intake through offer and onboarding.

Previously, I’ve combined senior stakeholder partnership with measurable hiring performance.
