I’m a Talent Acquisition Manager with 10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, leading hiring delivery across Europe, Asia, and the US. I’m known for global TA operations, skills-based hiring, and external pipeline strategies that translate hiring intent into measurable results.
Recently, I was promoted to Remote Talent Acquisition Team Leader, where I lead a team of five Talent Acquisition Managers. I standardize hiring by rolling out Greenhouse ATS, skills-based assessments (Criteria, BrightHire), and structured interview frameworks, while tracking hiring metrics and recruitment spend to improve agency ROI.
I partner with engineering directors and executive leadership on offer strategy and headcount planning, delivering market mapping and talent intelligence on hiring trends, locations, availability, and compensation benchmarks for priority and hard-to-fill roles. In my most recent role, I delivered 40+ technical hires across AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Security, and Backend Engineering while sustaining a 3-hires/month KPI.
