I'm looking to lead end-to-end global hiring, client partnerships, recruiting operations, and recruiter development for technology, AI, fintech, crypto, or startup teams.

At Mamoru, I lead 360° recruitment and client success for technology, crypto, trading, AI, and business roles. I've placed 75+ hires, deliver 10+ mid-level and one executive role monthly, and average roughly two weeks to fill mid-level positions.

I partner with Sales and Business Development teams on client acquisition, translate business needs into hiring strategies, and mentor three recruiters while improving ATS workflows, reporting, and candidate experience.

Previously, I recruited globally at Cielo Talent for clients including Walgreens, Amazon, and Energizer, improving time-to-fill by 35%+. I also led HR, onboarding, employee experience, and recruitment operations for distributed Web3 teams at Innovation Theory and Bullperks.
