At SAP CHILE, I supported employees and managers across Chile and Peru through onboarding, benefits, HR documentation, and HR systems. I developed VBA-based automation for recurring HR documentation across Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico, reducing contract preparation time from approximately 30–45 minutes to five minutes per employee.

I also investigated vacation balance discrepancies in Peru, co-led a regional onboarding workflow through DocuSign, and developed a repeatable procedure for employee relations documentation under Chile's Ley Karin. Earlier, I developed an employee vacation prioritization model at NESTLÉ CHILE and redesigned its monthly HR KPI dashboard.
