At Accenture | Business Process Delivery, I handle the full selection process lifecycle for clients across LATAM, North America, Europe, and Australia. I serve as a point of contact between hiring managers and candidates, and coordinate interviews and medical examinations.
I also resolve candidate inquiries in English and Spanish and generate weekly and monthly SLA and KPI reports for process analysis and optimization. I’ve managed daily case resolution as backup for my direct supervisor.
At IQVIA, I managed onboarding, including document distribution, contract handling, and records registration. I also coordinated interviews, audited databases, and used Workday for requisitions and document management.
My background also includes research on rurality and migration in Chile at Fundación Superación de la Pobreza. I hold a B.S. in Sociology and a Diploma in Human Resources, and I’m pursuing a Diploma in Talent Management.
