Led discovery-to-production on mobile experiences for a contributor platform and a crypto wallet, balancing usability with regulatory and operational constraints. Conducted multi-market user research to inform geo-aware wallet improvements and delivered a gamification initiative that increased contributor engagement and retention.

Conducted stakeholder discovery to define software needs, contributed to 0 to 1 crypto real estate platform vision, and co-created a design system while owning CRM product design for brokers and admins.
