What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where design has a real seat at the table. Ideally a product or design lead position in a team that values user research, moves thoughtfully, and builds things people actually use. Open to remote roles across LATAM and globally, and open to relocation.

I’m a Product Designer with 9+ years of experience building digital products that are both useful and meaningful. My work spans UX strategy, user research, and design leadership, with a track record in fintech, logistics, and retail.

I’ve led cross-functional teams and taken products from early research to scalable design systems. As a certified UX-PM and systems engineer, I connect business goals with the kind of design that actually makes sense to people.

Most recently I was UX Project Leader at Mercado Libre, leading a cross-functional team focused on internal tools for operational efficiency. Before that, I spent 4 years at Lulo Bank as Product Design Lead, where my team received the iF Design Award and Lápiz de Acero for outstanding digital product design.

Currently based in Bogotá, Colombia, open to remote roles across LATAM and globally, and open to relocation.
