I’m looking for a collaborative, respectful environment where participation is encouraged. I want challenging Workday HCM responsibilities—configuring, supporting, and improving HR processes—while continuing to learn, contribute, and help the team achieve shared organizational goals.

I’m a results-driven Workday HCM Consultant with experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Talent Management and Workday Recruiting. I focus on aligning HR workflows with organizational goals while delivering reliable, scalable solutions that teams can trust.

In Workday, I’ve configured and supported core HCM capabilities such as organizations, job profiles, worker data, and staffing models. I’m also hands-on with Performance Management, Absence Management, and Workday Reporting, and I understand the end-to-end business processes behind day-to-day HR operations.

I bring strong functional depth in recruiting and talent cycles—building and supporting processes like Job Requisitions, Job Applications, job postings, and business process creation (including Hire, Change Job, and OTP). I’ve also worked on Talent Management configurations such as succession planning, talent review, goal management, and career development, plus Security Roles & Permissions and Workday integrations.

Beyond configuration, I contribute to releases and operational stability through Workday release management, regression testing, and production support. I coordinate with integration teams for inbound and outbound HR data flow, develop custom reports and dashboards for HR analytics, and deliver user training with clear functional documentation to help stakeholders adopt changes confidently.
