I am a Workday techno-functional consultant with hands-on experience across Workday Fundamental HCM, Security, Business Processes, Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors) and Reporting. I have implemented tenant configurations, designed solutions from requirements, and delivered custom and advanced reports to meet client needs.
I have worked on full lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, support and maintenance for Workday and SuccessFactors projects, and have implemented processes for hire, termination, change job, time off, compensation, benefits, performance and talent management. I also built integrations, used iLoads for data loads, authored XML reports for Workforce Analytics, and created calculated fields to enable automation and compliance.
I collaborate with HR stakeholders, development and QA teams to resolve defects, deliver training, and ensure smooth integrations between Workday and target systems. I focus on practical, secure solutions that improve HR operations and reporting accuracy.
