I am a Workday HCM consultant with over 2.6 years in IT, including 2+ years focused on Workday implementations, AMS and testing projects. I deliver Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation and reporting solutions across implementation and support lifecycles.

I have hands-on experience building Supervisory Organizations, staffing models, positions, job profiles, compensation plans, eligibility rules and business processes such as hire, termination and job change.

I develop custom reports and dashboards (standard, advanced, matrix), EIB integrations (inbound/outbound), object transporter configuration packages, notifications, announcements and Workday Doc assets. I also manage security configuration, rule-based security groups, calculated fields and validation/condition rules to meet client requirements.

I work with Agile/Waterfall/hybrid methodologies, use ServiceNow and JIRA for ticketing, and hold a SAFe-Agilist-5.1 certification. I am analytical, self-driven, and comfortable working independently or in teams to move changes to production and support day-to-day HR operations.
