At Tata Consultancy Services, I support Workday HCM requirements across Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Reporting, Security, and Business Processes. I developed 15+ Advanced and Matrix Reports and Calculated Fields for recruiting, employee movement, workforce analysis, and HR operations.
On the CSG Systems International Workday Recruiting transformation, I configured key recruiting processes and developed reports that give recruiters visibility into candidate pipelines, requisition aging, offer status, and hiring activity. I also supported EIB data activities and testing across Recruiting, Reporting, Security, and Business Processes.
For Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI), I supported Core HCM, Talent, and Compensation enhancements, including employee lifecycle workflows and worker-data validation. I also developed reports and Calculated Fields and executed functional, regression, and UAT scenarios.
