I’m an Associate Software Engineer focused on keeping networks healthy through active monitoring and fast, organized response. I worked on escalating alerts based on severities like P1 and P2 to support timely resolution.

In my role, I created incidents in ITSM tools to troubleshoot issues on devices and worked with vendors for troubleshooting and escalation procedures. I coordinated bridges with the respective teams for remediating issues without affecting the organization level, and I produced reports with root cause and resolution for outages and problem tracking.

I also handled incident creation for change management, including replacement of network devices and planned maintenance, so tracking stayed clear and actionable. Alongside my professional work, my training in embedded systems, telecommunication (BSNL), and Android app development strengthened my technical foundation and learning mindset.
