I’m a Network Professional with 2+ years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in Network Troubleshooting, Network Performance and Monitoring. I focus on the full lifecycle—designing, configuring, implementing, and testing LAN, WAN, and Ethernet environments to keep networks stable and responsive.

In my roles, I’ve worked extensively with monitoring and incident operations. I’ve administered and monitored Nagios XI portals to monitor routers and switches, handled incidents and outages, and managed priority issues (P1, P2, P3) with incident resolution and restoration. I also support planned network changes through ITIL Change/service management coordination.

I bring practical configuration experience, including switch port configuration and VLAN work, and I contribute to technical documentation. I’ve administered work on LLD & HLD documents and participated in daily stand-up meetings to align on progress and project execution.

My technical foundation spans OSI & TCP/IP models and core networking concepts (Ethernet, STP, ACL, VLANs), plus protocols like TCP/UDP and SNMP/ICMP. I’m also expanding my routing understanding (OSPF, EIGRP, RIP) while delivering projects such as migrating on-prem Nagios monitoring servers to AWS and creating network/rack diagrams using Visio and Lucid.
