I’m a proactive, detail-oriented Monitoring Engineer with 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure monitoring, specializing in LogicMonitor and other observability platforms. I focus on configuring, maintaining, and optimizing monitoring solutions to keep enterprise systems highly available, reliable, and performant.

In my current role as Senior Associate - Monitoring, I manage end-to-end LogicMonitor administration—configuring and maintaining LogicModules, optimizing collectors, and ensuring effective alerting and notifications. I create custom dashboards and automated reports for real-time insights, fine-tune alert thresholds to reduce false positives, and implement security measures with clear documentation.

I also handle device and service onboarding by adding new servers, network gear, and cloud resources, applying the right monitoring templates, and validating data collection and alerting. I maintain integrations with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, perform regular health checks, and optimize data collection intervals and retention policies while reviewing collector performance.

Previously, as an Alarm Monitoring Engineer in 24x7 network surveillance, I recorded and responded to system events, correlated monitoring signals for diagnosis, and escalated critical issues using SLA-driven workflows (Validate, Diagnose, update, and Restore). Earlier, as a Network Engineer, I troubleshot network problems, monitored using cacti, handled ticket tracking with SLA focus, and supported routing/switching configuration. I’m currently building my Python skills for network automation and monitoring, including creating LogicModules using Python to monitor backups.
