At Tata Consultancy Services, I support observability operations for a leading bank in Norway using Dynatrace, CA UIM, and SCOM. I migrated Linux infrastructure monitoring to Dynatrace and configured monitoring and custom alerts for infrastructure and applications.
I connected CA UIM with ServiceNow to automate handling of known issues, reducing repetitive manual effort for monitoring and infrastructure teams. I also delivered a Sybase monitoring proof of concept in Nimsoft and implemented the configuration in production.
I create Dynatrace dashboards and standardize host groups to support infrastructure visibility and patching reports. My work also includes DQL-based health reporting, workflow reporting concepts, platform lifecycle activities, and the Dynatrace Associate and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certifications.
