At Deloitte, I migrated DX Spectrum network monitoring to Linux, upgraded DX UIM and DX Spectrum, and set up proactive self-healing monitoring to protect more than 3,000 nodes from going unmonitored. I also contributed to root cause analysis and monitoring solutions for infrastructure and applications teams.
Earlier at Deloitte, I scaled monitoring across 2,000+ nodes and six vCenter clusters, reducing manual configuration overhead by 80%. I wrote Python scripts for HTTP v2/v3 URL monitoring and automated ServiceNow event correlation; my work has also included Autosys workflow optimization, monitoring migrations from HTTP to HTTPS, and major incident management.
