At ATOS SYNTEL, I designed and maintained Grafana dashboards for Kubernetes-based telecom applications, giving teams real-time visibility into application health, infrastructure, and business KPIs.

I also developed centralized log ingestion pipelines with Logging Operator (ClusterFlow), Logstash, and Elasticsearch Ingest Pipelines. I built Prometheus alert rules and Grafana alerting policies to help detect service degradation proactively.

At DXC TECHNOLOGY, I designed Grafana dashboards for healthcare platforms and automated dashboard provisioning with Terraform. I used Elasticsearch Query DSL and Kibana to investigate application failures and production issues.

Earlier, at HCL Technologies and Infosys Limited, I developed enterprise monitoring dashboards and supported production troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis. At HCL Technologies, I also coordinated an Agile team of 8–10 engineers; I hold a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
