I’m looking for a role where I can apply structured case management, customer-first communication, and process coordination—ideally in a remote setting—while collaborating with partners and continuously improving workflows.

I’m an organised, detail-oriented Client & Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in customer communication, case analysis, and administrative operations in international settings. My background spans legal claims processing, e-commerce operations, and hospitality—built through living and working across five countries.

In my current Senior Claims Specialist role, I analyse and evaluate flight compensation claims to determine legal viability and next steps, and I manage communication with partner lawyers and airlines throughout the process. I also trained and onboarded new colleagues on claims procedures and internal tools, progressing from Junior to Senior within one year.
