I'm looking for a customer support, operations, or administrative role where I can use bilingual communication, compliance awareness, CRM systems, and accurate data management in a fast-paced environment.

I've supported passengers at Ryanair Sun (Buzz) and EasyJet, resolving real-time inquiries and conflicts while following EASA safety and emergency protocols. At Lateral, I managed bookings, guest databases, special requests, transactions, and inventory through CoverManager CRM.
