In US Retention, I led three analysts through a model refresh and established the channel's first governance framework, aligning nine teams on one review standard. The refreshed models guide $333M in annual retention spend, and I improved CMV prediction accuracy by 10% across 33M customers.

Previously, I owned strategy and execution for a goodwill servicing channel handling 1.6M inbound calls annually, helping deliver a 20% approval-yield increase and 15% lower reversal cost. I also partnered with Marriott, Hilton, and Amazon on 30+ offer experiments that generated $85M in revenue uplift and more than 700K redemptions.

I'm comfortable moving from unit economics and KPI design to SQL, Python, A/B testing, and AI automation. I also build practical AI projects, including FundRadar, KYD, Amex Pulse, and Wizard Chess, and bring early product-and-consumer-insights experience from Hike's Vibe app.
