What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or service-delivery initiatives where I can strengthen resilience, reduce risk, develop teams, and translate business priorities into measurable technology outcomes.

I've delivered ICT services for BITĖ Lietuva's strategic enterprise clients and led Lithuania's €9.2M national Cyber Security Monitoring and Control System programme at NKSC/CERT-LT.

At Ermitažas, I led IT operations, infrastructure, and support across 15+ retail locations, sustaining business continuity through a major e-commerce merger and new-store launch. At Telia and Baltneta, I led data center operations and delivered Tier III-certified facilities from design through commissioning.

I bridge business priorities with technology execution through ITIL service management, SLA/KPI governance, cybersecurity, vendor management, and risk control.

I'm PMP-certified, a PMP trainer, a Certified Chief Information Security Officer, and an Executive Master's graduate in Management. I build high-performing teams, strengthen governance, and make technology a practical business enabler.
