I am looking for a role that values innovation and teamwork, where I can leverage my skills in IT operations and support to drive impactful projects.

I am a dedicated Systems Specialist with a passion for building resilient infrastructure in remote and decentralized team environments. My experience includes leading deployments and translating complex challenges into clear, usable systems. I believe that while technology is the medium, service is the mission, and I strive to design tools that serve both people and purpose.

Throughout my career, I have directed large-scale deployments of IoT security gateways in healthcare facilities, co-leading multiple hospital security system deployments that resulted in on-time go-lives. My ability to author scalable knowledge systems has empowered internal teams and client IT departments to self-solve and maintain system uptime, significantly improving operational efficiency.

In addition to my technical expertise, I have successfully managed end-to-end IT infrastructure rollouts and provided Tier II technical support in high-volume hospital environments.
