I am a Project Manager with over 16 years of experience overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across game development, enterprise software, and startups. I lead cross-functional teams, coordinate multi-studio engagements, and manage stakeholder relationships to deliver cohesive products at scale.

At Wargaming I lead 50+ employees across disciplines, integrate work from 200+ people in four countries, run concurrent features, and manage high-budget development over $5M serving over 200M customers globally. Previously I managed multiple product lines, hardware deployments, and large customer bases at IBAGroup, and launched three startups while leading strategy and investor relations in New York.

I mentor aspiring women in tech, have certified interns and advanced team members, and hold multiple Google project and cloud certifications. I bring a pragmatic, results-driven approach to risk management, budgeting, and team leadership to help organizations launch and scale impactful products.
