I build and maintain ServiceNow applications across Telia’s Customer Service Management and Field Service Management, and I’m currently working part-time as a Scrum Master alongside development.
On ServiceNow, I’ve built event-driven TMF697 workflows that coordinate multi-step transactions with external partners over REST and Kafka, and I’ve refactored integration code into modular handlers for maintainability and testability.
I’ve also handled production integration defects by tracing logs and inbound REST/Kafka payloads, then replaying issues via REST instead of relying on the UI, including cases like duplicate-attachment and transport-trigger failures.
Before that, I worked as a Test Automation Engineer at Ignitis Group—writing Gherkin/Selenium regression suites, covering edge cases and negative paths—then interned at Adform building RESTful APIs in C#/.NET. I’m pursuing an MSc in Information & Systems Security to add access-control and vulnerability-analysis perspective to my platform work.
