I’m a CRM Automation Specialist with hands-on experience building and optimizing customer management systems, workflow automation, and lead conversion processes. I configure CRM platforms, create automated follow-up sequences, manage pipelines, and strengthen client communication workflows.

In my freelance work (2024–present), I design CRM systems and automation workflows that reduce manual tasks and improve lead management and operational efficiency. I’ve built GoHighLevel automation for appointment booking, calendar configurations, automated reminders, and customer follow-up journeys.

I also set up HoneyBook CRM pipelines and client workflows, including automated communication sequences, workflow triggers, and customer journey automation. I create structured systems for managing leads, appointments, and relationships—so clients get consistent execution without repetitive admin work.

I’m especially focused on automation problem-solving and workflow design that supports business growth. I collaborate with clients to translate their processes into practical CRM solutions, and I continue training through HoneyBook Academy and courses on CRM integrations and email marketing.
