At PureCode.ai, I partner directly with the Co-founder as part of a two-member HR team, managing end-to-end people operations. I recruit for specialised roles, including high-skilled AI talent.
I designed the Leave Policy and Code of Conduct and set up onboarding and induction processes. I also manage employee records and leave administration through Keka, and track productivity and work hours using Cattr.
At NeoastraSystems, I served as the sole HR point of contact and built HR infrastructure from the ground up. I supported the organisation’s growth from 7 to 50 employees by establishing hiring workflows and structured selection and onboarding processes.
I developed HR SOPs and processes spanning recruitment, performance management, payroll inputs, compliance coordination, grievances, and exits. Earlier, I facilitated onboarding for 150+ hires at Eurofins IT Solutions IndiaLtd. and gathered requirements for a US-based healthcare product at PratianTechnologies.
