I've provided L2 desktop and IT infrastructure support for Digitech Solution Pvt. Ltd. and Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd., resolving issues across desktops, laptops, Windows systems, applications, and peripherals.

I troubleshoot Windows 10/11, hardware, BIOS/UEFI, boot, display, network, and user-access issues. I also support installations, driver configuration, recovery, disk management, and OS troubleshooting.

My hands-on work includes Active Directory domain joins and user/computer troubleshooting, Group Policy issues, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, RDP, and mapped drives.

I support network, USB, shared, barcode, and label printers, along with SAP/SAP S/4HANA end-user and printing issues. I'm focused on progressing into Server Administration and Windows Server infrastructure while delivering reliable support to users and teams.
