What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote operations or client success role with a US, UK or Canadian team. For 2+ years at Kettle & Oak I’ve managed housing inspections end to end for Chicago properties, raising the first-attempt pass rate from 33% to 92%. I work US Central hours and I’m open to learning new skills, tools and bigger challenges.

At Kettle & Oak, I serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, clients, field PMs, vendors, and city authorities throughout the inspection lifecycle. I raised the first-attempt inspection pass rate from 33.33% to 74.31% in 2025 and 91.67% in 2026 YTD through August, using manual, self-built processes.

I translate city requirements into scopes of work and cost proposals, negotiate vendor pricing, and coordinate repairs through verification and inspection. I also oversee property turnover and designed a proactive wellness check process for vacant units.
