I’m an Operations Manager who builds and scales systems in early-stage health-tech startups. I lead end-to-end execution across data, product, outreach, and team management—coordinating two concurrent project teams and driving measurable progress from strategy to delivery.

In my current role, I co-built a 12,000+ product database into a centralized Excel foundation for a halal, health & ethical product rating platform. I also co-designed proprietary multi-dimensional rating systems and authored SOPs adopted team-wide, while developing the halal classification decision logic used to assess and certify live platform products.

I translate outreach into outcomes by running B2B pipeline end-to-end—500+ calls and 1,000+ emails—helping move prospects from first touch through to close, including the company’s first signed contract. I’ve supported growth with 30+ SEO-optimised articles using AI-assisted workflows, and I continuously track KPIs and performance to keep cross-functional execution on track. I’m now looking for a remote Operations Manager, Program Lead, or Project Coordinator role in health-tech or a mission-driven startup.
