I'm building people-first HR experience through recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, and engagement work. At Sanyukt Organisation, I supported volunteer and staff hiring from job description drafting and candidate outreach through onboarding.

I led new-joiner coordination and first-week communication, maintained accurate employee and volunteer trackers, and prepared status reports to close pending process and engagement gaps. My psychology background helps me bring empathy, structured communication, and an understanding of motivation and workplace well-being to candidate and employee experiences.

As a Teaching Fellow at Unmukt Foundation, I independently plan instruction, track outcomes, adapt through feedback loops, and coordinate with school staff, mentors, and fellowship leadership. This work has strengthened my ability to manage multiple stakeholders, build trust across diverse communities, and work effectively in fast-paced settings.

I'm seeking an HR Associate opportunity where I can support end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, improve HR processes, and contribute to meaningful culture initiatives.
